Ralph McCrory - Masonic Learning Center Program Administrator


Barabara "B.J." Clay- Masonic Charities.

1.Maintains and processes apllications for Scholarship Program, corresponds with colleges and students.

2. Performs all tasks pertaining to the Dyslexia Program. Handles all correspndance of the Learning Center


Sally Sinor, Archivist, Masonic Library/Museum Foundation.


Carolyn Smetak - Answers telephone at the Grand Lodge Office and corresponds with other Grand Lodge's.
 

1. Is Secretary for the Grand Secretary and issues the 25 and 50 Year Award Certificates.

2. Issues dispensations and any by-law changes that need to be made.


Erin Roland - Data Processing and works close with Lodge Secretaries.
 

1. Performs research and makes monthly mailings as well as printing of labels as required.

2. Handles the Freemason Supplementals and assembles and mails out the Secretary Packets for the Grand Lodge Sessions.

3. Performs research as needed and processes Masonic Educational Foundation Scholarship Program. Mail out applications.

4. Maintains records of Student Grades and mails checks to various colleges.


Denise Witherell - Maintains the Advance Reports, Directory, Proceedings, Law Revisions, Blue Book, Emergent Communications.

Dianne Bordelon - Service Committee.

A store that sells all masonic related materials to Lodges. This includes masonic catalog items to include jewelry, books, etc. The Service Committee normally buys at wholesale prices and sells to Lodges and individuals on a cost basis.

1. Performs all the duties of a store manager. Fills orders for any masonic supplies that are needed.

2. Maintains inventory to be able to have items on hand to meet your needs.
